Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Columbia, MO seeks a Quality Assurance Group Leader to manage the QA team, ensure GLP and CGMP compliance, and support regulatory audits. The role emphasizes leadership, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will mentor staff, review critical quality documents, and drive CAPA actions while aligning with corporate QA policies in a fast-paced GLP/GMP environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; GLP/GMP experience preferred.
• Five years of related GLP/CGMP QA experience required, supervisory experience needed.
• Experience in a laboratory setting and strong documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day QA activities within the team and mentor staff.
• Coordinate and host client and regulatory GLP/CGMP audits.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and CAPAs.
• Review protocols, SOPs, data, reports, and QA documents for regulatory compliance.
• Ensure timely QA reviews and approvals with Operations and Management.
