Job summary

Lobos Staffing is hiring an experienced Machine Operator with a strong QA background in California. You will set up, operate, and monitor production machinery, and perform QA inspections on in-process and finished products.

The role requires reading blueprints, using precision tools, and maintaining GMP and food-safety standards in a meat-processing environment. You must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Machine Operator or Production Technician experience.
• Hands-on Quality Assurance/inspection experience.
• Experience using precision measuring tools.
• Ability to read blueprints or technical schematics preferred.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous GMP and food industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery according to SOPs.
• Perform in-process and finished-product quality inspections.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Identify defects or equipment issues and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Document production and QA inspection results accurately.
• Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures.
• Work with QA and maintenance teams to resolve quality or production issues.
