Wingbrace is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer in Lincoln, MA for an onsite/hybrid role. The ideal candidate will support QA activities, develop test plans, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders in a DoD-focused environment.

The position requires a strong background in software testing, test automation, and integration testing, with the ability to work across agile teams and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. U.S.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in software quality assurance or related technical role.
• Experience developing and executing manual and automated testing processes.
• Experience developing test plans, test cases, procedures, and regression strategies.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the selection and use of testing tools and methodologies to identify defects and ensure quality.
• Evaluating test results against expected outcomes and recommending improvements to testing and release processes.
• Ensuring milestones and budgets are met for projects/departments.
• Developing and using functional, operational and regression test plans.
• Testing HW/SW integration to assess compliance with technical requirements.
• Drafting, revising, and approving test plans and scripts.
