Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans based on product requirements and user stories.

2. Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality across web, mobile, and API layers.

3. Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools like Jira, ensuring clear communication with development teams.

4. Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders during agile ceremonies to understand features and suggestappropriate teststrategies.

5. Build,maintain, and enhance automated test suites using frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.

6. Conductvarious typesof testing including regression, integration, performance, security, and usability testing as needed.

7. Participate in code reviews to promote testing best practices, ensuringhigh standardsof testability, scalability, and code quality.

8. Serve as a quality advocate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), helping to ensure thetimelydelivery of reliable and high-quality releases.

9. The candidate willbe responsible forleading QA team members based in India. They must be willing toparticipatein meetings during morning hours in Indian Standard Time (IST).

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, testing web and mobile applications.

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent.

• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, or similar.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Good communicationskills, both written and verbal.

• Bonus: Experience in testing SaaS B2B applications.
