Job summary

All Gen Tech is seeking a QA Engineer with strong test automation experience. You will design, develop and maintain automated testing frameworks across enterprise software projects, with Katalon Studio as the primary tool.

Location: India (Hybrid/Remote) | Bangladesh (Remote). 3–6 years experience, full-time role with compensation up to 35 LPA (INR). You will collaborate with developers and BAs to define test criteria and ensure quality across web and API-based applications.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Katalon Studio for web, API and mobile test automation.
Strong knowledge of functional, regression and integration testing.
Experience with defect management and test management tools such as JIRA or Zephyr.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Katalon Studio.
Execute functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing across web and API apps.
Review requirements with developers and BAs to define testable acceptance criteria.
Develop and maintain test plans, cases and data for manual and automated testing.
Log defects and track to resolution using JIRA or similar tools.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
Conduct API testing using Katalon, Postman or REST Assured.
Produce clear test summary reports and communicate quality status to stakeholders.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to QA process improvements.
