Job summary

Photon Interactive UK Limited is seeking a QA Automation engineer with 3+ years of experience in creating test cases and performing manual and automated testing across web, mobile and API platforms.

You will write and review BDD feature files for iOS and Android apps, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, participate in Scrum, and ensure regression testing is unblocked. Familiarity with Selenium, Appium or Playwright is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in test case design and manual + automated testing.
• Experience analyzing project scope and creating test execution plans for sprint releases.
• Participate in Scrum meetings and ensure blockers/dependencies are resolved to start regression testing.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to track execution status, report to leadership, and surface risks with mitigation plans.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to handle blockers from web services or third-party environments.
• Develop and write high-quality automation code for Web/Mobile/API platforms as needed.
• Create/review BDD feature files for iOS and Android apps.
• Coordinate with peer developers, client QA and business teams for system integration and UAT testing.
• Experience with automation frameworks - Selenium for web, Appium/Playwright for mobile.

• Prior experience in analyzing project scope and preparing test execution plans for sprint releases.
• Participate in Scrum meetings and make sure there is no blocker or dependency to start the regression testing.
• Coordinate with various team to track the execution status, communicate to project leadership team and raise risks along with mitigation plan.
• Prior experience in working with cross-functional teams in case of any blocker from web service or another third‑party environmental issue.
• Having experience in developing and writing high‑quality coding that meets customer requirements in Web/ Mobile / API platforms based on the project need.
• Create/review BDD feature files for both iOS and Android apps.
• Good experience in coordinating with peer developers, client QA and business teams for system integration and UAT testing.
• Coordinate with the Integration test teams in planning and executing the end-to-end QA and product testing.
  Experience with Automation test frameworks - Selenium for web automation and Appium, Playwright for mobile app automation.
