Voodoo is hiring a Quality Assurance Engineer for its Istanbul studio, with relocation support available. You will lead testing across mobile games, own the QA lifecycle, and collaborate with design and development teams to ensure a high-quality player experience.
The role requires 3+ years in mobile game QA, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication. Fluency in English is essential; F2P and release management knowledge are a plus.
Qualifications
- 3+ years as a QA Engineer in Mobile Games.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to take up tasks from start to finish.
- Reliable self-starter and team player; responsible and proactive.
- Passion for mobile games with player-centric mindset.
- Proven experience using various testing tools and methodologies for mobile games.
- Clear communication skills to articulate ideas to stakeholders.
- Good understanding of Free-to-Play (F2P) games and release management is a plus.
- Fluent English (speaking and writing).
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive testing of mobile games to identify defects and own the QA process.
- Assist in creating processes and tools to improve game quality.
- Follow live game KPIs and propose strategies to improve them.
- Coordinate with design and development teams to provide feedback.
- Prioritize testing tasks across development stages and meet timelines.
- Foster open feedback culture and collaborative problem solving.
- Collaborate with central tech teams on quality initiatives.
