Job summary

Nakupuna Companies is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to provide software performance testing, data collection and analysis, and requirements gathering for the WebMRE platform in a DoD/DHA context.

The role involves manual and automated testing across various environments, defect tracking, and collaboration with developers in an agile setting to ensure optimal software performance for the client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of federal DoD/DHA/private sector experience preferred.
• Experience with software testing/requirements tools such as JIRA and ALM; automation testing a plus.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute testing strategies based on requirements.
• Code reusable test functions or components.
• Perform manual and automated tests across multiple systems, platforms, environments or browsers.
• Identify, log, and track defects.
• Report issues to development or product management teams and verify fixes.
• Collaborate in an agile environment and share data across teams.
