Job summary

Mouser Electronics is seeking a QA Analyst focused on automation to drive the software quality assurance lifecycle in an Agile environment. You will design and implement automation strategies, build and maintain automation frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust test plans.

Responsibilities include executing manual and automated tests, documenting results, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines and performance testing.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a QA Analyst with automation.
Solid knowledge of SDLC & Bug Life Cycle Management.
Driving the software quality assurance lifecycle within Agile processes.
Designing and implementing automation test strategies.
Developing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive test plans.
Execute manual & automation testing and document test cases based on functional specs and user stories.
Experience with Browser Stack & Accessibility testing.
Exposure to Load testing frameworks and performance test strategies.
Preparing & reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.
Hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright for automation.
In Sprint automation with proper coverage for releases.
Experience with TestNG and BDD frameworks.
Programming languages: Java, C#, JavaScript, Python.
Setting up CI/CD pipelines for automation deployments.
Translate non-functional requirements into performance test cases using JMeter.
API testing with Postman/Testfully.
Experience in SAFe Agile environment.
Eclipse, Maven/Jenkins.
Database testing experience.
End-to-End Automation test design and creation.
Coordinate with Dev and PO teams and assist RCA of defects.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus.
Knowledge of Web Development is a plus.
Knowledge of CI/CD with Azure DevOps.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and teaching skills.
B.Tech or Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline is mandatory.

Execute manual & automation testing, analyze results for discrepancies and defects, and meticulously document test cases based on functional specifications and user stories.
Good experience in Browser Stack & Accessibility testing.
Exposure in Load testing framework and capable of creating the performance test strategy.
Preparing & Reviewing software bug reports and highlighting problem areas.
Hands on experience in automation frameworks such as TestNG, BDD.
Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C#, JavaScript, Python.
Experience in setting up CI/CD Pipelines for automation execution of deployments.
Translate Non-functional Requirements into Performance test cases. Develops and executes Performance testing plans and scripts using JMeter.
Hands on experience in API testing through different approaches like Testfully, Postman.
Working experience in SAFe Agile environment.
Hands on experience in Eclipse, Maven/Jenkins.
Hands on experience in database testing.
Extensive experience in End-to-End Automation Test Design and creation.
Coordinate with Dev, PO teams and assist in RCA of defects.
