Job summary

Andersen ищет QA Engineer для проекта по разработке банковской программы лояльности с надежной и масштабируемой архитектурой и интеграциями с внутренними и внешними системами. Ваша задача — тестировать бэкенд, API и интеграции, обеспечивая качество релизов в условиях множества взаимодействий между сервисами.

Требуется не менее 2 лет ручного тестирования, опыт в банковской/финтех сфере, знание REST API, SQL и Kafka. Предлагаются удаленная или гибридная работа, доступ к обучению и страхованию.

Qualifications

• Опыт ручного тестирования не менее 2 лет, преимущественно бэкенд, API и интеграционное тестирование.
• Опыт в банковской сфере, финтехе или платежных системах, включая тестирование лояльности, бонусов, кэшбэка и финансовых транзакций.
• Сильные знания REST API (Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI), SQL, HTTP, JSON и архитектуры клиент-сервер.
• Опыт тестирования микросервисов и событийно-ориентированных систем, включая Kafka (темы, продюсеры/потребители).
• Понимание функционального, интеграционного, регрессионного и E2E тестирования, а также сопоставление данных между системами.
• Умение анализировать бизнес и системные требования, выявлять пропуски и противоречия, планировать тестовую активность.
• Сильные навыки анализа логов и локализации дефектов через Kibana, Grafana или аналогичные инструменты.
• Опыт подготовки тест-кейсов, чек-листов, тестовых данных и отчетов, документирование дефектов ясно.
• Опыт работы с Jira, Confluence, Colvir или другими банковскими системами.
• Базовое понимание CI/CD.
• Умение работать с большим количеством интеграций и зависимостей и эффективно взаимодействовать с бизнес-аналитиками, системными аналитиками, разработчиками и Product Owner.
• Уровень английского — от Intermediate и выше.
• Будет плюсом: навыки API-тестовой автоматизации.

Responsibilities

• Подготовка и выполнение тест-кейсов в соответствии с требованиями проекта.
• Выявление, документирование и отслеживание дефектов до их устранения.
• Проверка реализованных изменений и новой функциональности.
• Участие в анализе требований и оценке рисков качества продукта.
• Сотрудничество с командой разработки, аналитиками и другими стейкхолдерами для обеспечения качества релиза.

Andersen is hiring a QA Engineer in Almaty for a project developing a banking loyalty platform and ensuring reliable, scalable services and seamless system integrations. The project is focused on developing and enhancing a banking loyalty platform with complex business logic and multiple integrations with internal and external systems. It aims to provide scalable, reliable, and seamless loyalty services while supporting diverse customer reward and engagement scenarios.

• Preparing and executing test cases in accordance with project requirements and tasks.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through resolution.
• Verifying implemented changes and new functionality.
• Participating in requirements analysis and assessing product quality risks.
• Collaborating with the development team, analysts, and other project stakeholders to ensure release quality.

Требования:

• Experience in manual testing for 2+ years, primarily focused on backend, API, and integration testing.
• Experience in banking, fintech, or payment systems, including testing loyalty programs, bonuses, cashback, and financial transactions.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs (Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI), SQL, HTTP, JSON, and client-server architecture.
• Experience testing microservices and event-driven systems, including Kafka (topics, producers/consumers, event processing).
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, and E2E testing, as well as data reconciliation across multiple systems.
• Ability to analyze business and system requirements, identify missing or contradictory scenarios, and independently plan and organize testing activities.
• Strong skills in log analysis and defect localization using Kibana, Grafana, or similar tools.
• Experience preparing test cases, checklists, test data, and reports, as well as documenting defects clearly and thoroughly.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Colvir or other core banking systems.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD.
• Ability to independently work with a large number of integrations and dependencies and collaborate effectively with Business Analysts, System Analysts, developers, and Product Owners.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
