Job summary

Sxope ищет QA-инженера по ручному тестированию для веб- и настольных приложений, работающего с ИИ-инструментами. Вам предстоит исследовать и регрессионно тестировать чат-приложение, оценивать качество ответов модели, тестировать сценарии RAG и проверки REST API.

Вам нужно уметь работать с DevTools, понимать SSO/OAuth на базовом уровне, документировать тест-кейсы на английском и ясно формулировать баг-репорты в Jira. Гибкий отпуск и работа в глобальной команде являются преимуществами компании.

Qualifications

• 3+ лет ручного тестирования веб/настольных приложений
• Опыт работы с инструментами искусственного интеллекта (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot)
• Понимание HTTP/REST и инструментов разработчика в браузере
• Базовые знания SSO/OAuth
• Умение читать документацию и оформлять задачи на английском языке
• Обостренное внимание к деталям и самостоятельность

Responsibilities

• Проведение exploratory и regression тестирования AI chat приложения
• Оценка качества ответов модели, включая контроль за потоком, галлюцинации и рендеринг markdown/кода
• Тестирование RAG-сценариев
• Тест REST API и анализ потоков запросов/ответов в DevTools
• Расследование ошибок аутентификации в рамках SSO/OAuth
• Фиксация дефектов в Jira и написание понятных баг-репортов
• Определение зон покрытия и рисков в новых функциях

Описание: Sxope builds software that connects doctors and insurance providers, bringing their workflows into one place and reducing administrative work for medical staff. The company focuses on making life easier for American physician networks (IPAs).

Задачи:

• Perform exploratory and regression testing of an AI chat application
• Evaluate model response quality, including stream cutoffs, hallucinations, and markdown/code rendering
• Test RAG scenarios
• Test REST APIs and review request/response flows in DevTools
• Investigate authentication bugs across SSO/OAuth flows
• Track defects in Jira and write clear, actionable bug reports
• Identify coverage gaps and flag risk areas in new features

Требования:

• Have 3+ years of manual testing experience with web or desktop applications
• Have experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot
• Understand HTTP/REST and browser developer tools
• Have a basic understanding of SSO/OAuth
• Be comfortable reading documentation and writing tickets and QA documentation in English
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and self-sufficiency

• experience testing Electron/desktop applications, AI agents/tool-calling, or AI chat products such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot; ability to read PR diffs to independently identify risk areas
