Qualifications

• Experience creating in-process inspection control plans.

Responsibilities

• Design Quality Plans for new and existing programs.
• Sign off on quality plans/work instructions during and after production.
• Lead MRB meetings and disposition and corrective actions as needed.
• Issue and manage SCARs for CA implementation and verification.
• Develop rework processes with Manufacturing.
• Review incoming Supplier Certifications and approve CA.
• Apply SPC analysis where opportunities arise.
• Manage calibration of measuring tools and process RMAs.
