Job summary

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 2–4 years of related experience, with AS9100 exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret drawings, blueprints and specifications.
• Proficient measurement with calipers, micrometers, height gauges.
• Experience using inspection tools and ensuring data accuracy.
• Familiarity with GD&T and quality documentation practices.
• AS9100 environment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform work safely and in compliance with Vitesse Systems safety policies.
• Follow quality procedures, work instructions, and documents for your job.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation with each order.
• Verify traveler sign-offs and SPC sheets per good documentation practices.
• Inspect parts to blueprint specifications and workmanship standards.
• Ensure inspection equipment/calibration status is current.
• Generate Non-Conformance reports for discrepant material.
• Operate CMM setup and basic inspection tooling as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to company quality policies and participate in corrective actions.
