Job summary

Super Dispatch is seeking a QA Engineer to join our STMS Team as a strong middle manual QA. You will ensure the stability and quality of the STMS Web and services powering our platform.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers in an autonomous, cross-functional agile team to investigate bugs, write test cases, and perform exploratory testing to deliver reliable software for the US auto transport market.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of QA in an agile, product-driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to find root causes.
• Expertise in API testing and REST endpoints (Postman).
• Desire to practice test automation and understand client-server architecture.
• Upper-intermediate English required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development to investigate, report, and fix bugs.
• Perform manual acceptance and exploratory testing.
• Build and maintain test case documentation.
• Collaborate on QA projects across teams within the organization.
• Work in a cross-functional agile team with product, design, frontend and backend engineers.
