Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in defining and developing functional test scenarios, regression tests, negative test cases, and usability tests.
• Experience designing and developing test automation frameworks and solutions across a full stack.
• Ability to work with Product, Design, and Engineering on requirements and test estimates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute both manual and automated testing to ensure high-quality software.
• Own test planning, design, and execution with greater ownership over quality activities.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and improve testing frameworks and practices.
• Define test strategies, automate critical scenarios, and manage defect resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business requirements.
• Contribute to AI-assisted testing and optimize prompts and workflows.
• Author test cases using AI/LLMs and maintain test infrastructure for increased coverage.
• Perform post-deployment validations and coordinate hotfix deployments.
• Champion quality across all phases of development and coordinate with Customer Success for issue resolution.
