Team Industries Inc in Minnesota is seeking a full-time quality/inspection technician to support manufacturing operations. You will work with machine operators, perform inspections with calipers, micrometers, and gauges, and help ensure conformance to blueprints and quality standards.

Requirements include a 2-year technical certificate in manufacturing/engineering, at least 6 months of manufacturing/assembly experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical certificate in manufacturing/engineering.
• Minimum 6 months manufacturing and assembly experience with inspection.
• Valid driver’s license and TEAM drivers list.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety and follow all safety rules.
• Collaborate with operators to meet quality requirements.
• Assist in problem solving using 6D, 5Why, and other tools.
• Assist Quality Engineers with non-conforming material handling.
• Lead groups through positive motivation and conflict resolution.
• Work with production personnel across the process.
• Develop sorting techniques using gauges, micrometers, and indicators.
• Perform inspections using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and go/no-go gauges.
• Complete reports and paperwork accurately.
• Meet or exceed efficiency requirements.
• Participate in CIP events to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement culture.
• Communicate professionally with supervisor and coworkers.
• Other duties as assigned.
