Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Advanced Quality Engineer to lead the design, validation, and implementation of sophisticated test fixtures and systems across service operations and new product development. Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering is required.
• Experience with test fixture design, development, and implementation.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical fixture design.
• Experience with SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Experience integrating test equipment, software, and databases.
• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, validation, and implementation of test fixtures and test systems supporting service operations and NPD.
• Design and develop electrical, mechanical, and software-based test solutions to meet product and process requirements.
• Lead the validation and qualification of test systems, fixtures, equipment, and processes prior to implementation.
• Coordinate with NPD Project Leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure service requirements and test capabilities are established prior to product launch.
• Travel to service locations and suppliers to support fixture development and NPD activities.
