Qualifications

0-3 years of experience in software testing or QA.
Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Experience creating test cases and test scenarios.
Knowledge of defect tracking and reporting processes.
Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Basic SQL and API testing knowledge.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Create and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.
Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and exploratory testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or Azure DevOps.
Re-test defects after fixes and verify issues are resolved.
Perform API testing using Postman.
Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
Work with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and release testing.
Collaborate with developers and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.
Maintain test documentation, test results, and QA reports.
Support pre-release and post-release validation activities.
