Job summary

Quindar Inc. is seeking a QA Engineer to break things before customers do. You will own functional, integration, and exploratory testing for new features and evolving product workflows, including regression coverage.

You’ll develop test plans, cases, and regression suites based on customer workflows and product requirements. You’ll work closely with product managers and engineers to understand intended behavior, identify edge cases, and shape testing before features ship.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with manual software testing across functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Ability to translate requirements and workflows into structured test plans and cases.
• Experience using test management platforms to organize test cases, track execution, and maintain coverage.
• Strong defect investigation and reproducible steps communication.

Responsibilities

• Own functional, integration, and exploratory testing for new features and evolving product workflows, including regression coverage.
• Develop and maintain clear test plans, test cases, and regression suites based on product requirements and real customer workflows.
• Test mission-critical workflows including complex operational scenarios and APIs.
• Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Test APIs and backend workflows in addition to user-facing functionality.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to validate expected behavior and edge cases early.
