Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a quality assurance professional to own testing across features, bug fixes, and product improvements. In this role you will design and run manual tests, build automated tests, and collaborate with engineers to ensure coverage and quality throughout sprints.

You will perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing within an agile environment, helping to prevent defects and accelerate releases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software quality assurance within agile, fast-paced environments.
• Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies, test planning, and test execution.
• Hands-on experience implementing, maintaining, and executing automated tests and testing frameworks.
• Proven experience performing functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, QA processes, and release validation.
• Solid experience with bug-tracking systems, test management tools, and version control platforms.
