Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to lead QA for Dynamics 365 platforms, including Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights. The role focuses on creating robust test plans, automation, and strong collaboration across IT teams.

You will mentor junior engineers, support on-call duties, and help evolve DevOps testing practices while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

Requires QA knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights.
Minimum high school diploma or GED; university degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Typically 2–4 years of QA experience with leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise-class test plans for Dynamics 365 platform.
Ensure reliability, performance, and availability of critical systems through advanced testing techniques.
Lead team initiatives and mentor junior QA engineers.
Provide third-level technical support for complex issues.
Develop and maintain comprehensive testing documentation; ensure compliance with standards.
Write QA automation scripts (e.g., using MABL) to improve release quality and efficiency.
Contribute to DevOps practices, tools, and processes.
Provide on-call support as required.
