Job summary

Infosys Public Services is seeking a Software QA Engineer to lead Customer Acceptance Testing and automate test scripts. You will develop and maintain SRS, TRD, and RTM documents, and collaborate with MTAC workgroups. A strong background in automated testing and API validation is required.

You will contribute to performance metrics, create training materials, and support CPPP applications through end-to-end testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software testing including manual and automated scripts.
• Experience creating test artifacts and documenting results.
• Experience with API testing and test management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop SRS documents to support functional requirements.
• Maintain and update technical specifications and guides.
• Lead CAT, develop test scripts and perform smoke/functional testing.
• Provide MTAC and industry meeting participation support.
• Develop performance metrics for CAT status.
• Develop automated test scripts.
• Create training materials and SOPs for CPPP apps.
• Perform other related duties.
