Job summary

Cashback Partners is seeking QA Engineers - Backend (Golang) Junior+ to join our teams. You will analyze requirements, design test scenarios, and contribute to both manual and automated testing across the product.

This role emphasizes Go testing, collaboration with product and development teams, and ongoing maintenance of the test suite. You will write and maintain automated tests in Go, help localize defects, and participate in releases.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of QA experience
• Proactive, persistent, get-it-done attitude
• Experience developing and maintaining test documentation
• Programming experience in Go/Java/Python
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• B1+ English for effective communication with an international team

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, create test scenarios, and prepare test data

• Perform acceptance and regression testing (automated and manual)
• Write and maintain automated tests in Go
• Identify, localize, and report defects using a bug tracking system
