Job summary

remote work is seeking a Lead QA Engineer to lead and improve our ATM testing, ensuring quality of web applications through manual and automated testing across UI and backend, and owning the full testing lifecycle.

You will design tests, document them, coordinate ATM testing activities, and implement consistent testing standards within an innovative, international team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Web UI testing.
• Experience in programming with TypeScript/Java/Python.
• Experience in backend testing.
• Experience developing and maintaining test documentation.
• Experience working with Git or other version control systems.
• Experience in developing and maintaining automated tests.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools.
• B1 or higher English level for international teams.

Responsibilities

• Functional acceptance, exploratory, regression, and smoke testing of web applications.
• Leading and improving ATM testing processes.
• Design, implementation, and execution of the full software testing lifecycle.
• Development and maintenance of test documentation.
• Organizing and coordinating ATM testing activities at all stages.
• Acceptance, regression, and smoke testing (both automated and manual).
• Monitoring the quality and effectiveness of ATM testing processes.
• Identification, localization, and reporting of defects using a bug tracking system.
• Establishing and optimizing testing processes and implementing consistent testing approaches and standards.
