Nexters — международная компания по разработке игр, создающая базовые игровые опыты для казуальных игроков. Мы ищем QA-специалиста с подтвержденным опытом в кросс-функциональных командах и глубоким пониманием методологий тестирования и автоматизации.

Кандидат будет отвечать за качество нового контента и функций, внедрять автоматизацию, сотрудничать с разработчиками, продюсерами и дизайнерами, улучшать процессы тестирования и участие в тестировании высоконагруженных систем и LiveOps.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет QA-опыта в кросс-функциональных командах
• Понимание методологий тестирования и автоматизации
• Опыт с инструментами тестирования и фреймворками
• Опыт CI/CD и интеграции автоматических тестов
• Коммуникационные навыки и умение работать с разработчиками, продюсерами, дизайнерами
• Проактивный настрой и умение улучшать QA-практики

Responsibilities

• Проводить ручное тестирование продукта
• Владеть качеством нового контента и фич в кросс-функциональной команде
• Улучшать QA-процессы, тестовые подходы и инструменты
• Выявлять риски качества на раннем этапе и предлагать решения
• Разрабатывать тестовую автоматизацию и интегрировать её в CI/CD
• Участвовать в тестировании систем с высокой нагрузкой и LiveOps

Описание: Nexters is an international game development company that creates core gaming experiences for casual players. It is part of the GDEV holding, which includes several game studios.

Задачи

• Conduct manual content and functionality checks of the product
• Own the quality of new game content and features within a cross-functional product team
• Improve QA processes, testing approaches, and tools to make releases faster and more reliable
• Identify quality risks early and drive solutions with developers, producers, and designers
• Develop test automation and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to testing high-load multiplayer systems and LiveOps content

Требования

• 5+ Years of QA experience in cross-functional product teams, including hands-on experience with high-load multiplayer online games
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, processes, and automation
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Good understanding of CI/CD principles and automated test integration
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with developers, producers, designers, and other stakeholders
• Proactive mindset and ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and improve existing QA practices
