Job summary

Foundation Health seeks a QA engineer to ensure safe, reliable AI-powered pharmacy tooling. You will own regression testing, UAT with external healthcare clients, and build tooling for non-deterministic AI outputs, using Playwright MCP and related agents.

You'll collaborate with our VP of Engineering and a lean team to ship production features and maintain high-quality software across web apps and APIs, with a remote-first US setup and an Orlando hub.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in QA or software testing, with real depth on web apps and APIs.
• Strong Playwright skills and good judgement about when to automate vs. manual testing.
• Solid manual and UAT experience, including running UAT with external clients or providers.

Responsibilities

• Test AI features with non-deterministic outputs and validate safety for pharmacists.
• Develop and run regression tests and end-to-end UAT with external clients.
• Build tooling for non-deterministic AI outputs and internal automation.
