Qualifications

• 3+ years in software quality assurance, mastering both manual precision and automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium and proficiency in JS, Python, or Java.
• Proven ability to validate APIs using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) for automated test integration.
• Active interest in AI/ML-driven testing and LLM-based testing approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for SaaS platform quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects with development teams for rapid resolution.
• Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and data for testing.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success on requirements and behaviors.
• Research and implement AI-driven automation frameworks and LLM-based techniques.
