Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred; Six Sigma Certification preferred.
• 3 years of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AS9100, MIL-PRF-38534, MIL-STD-883, and IPC-A-610 preferred.
• Ability to develop, articulate and present technical information in writing and speech.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with management, customers, and vendors.
• Cleanroom environment access and procedures must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Support product quality and compliance across Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Development, Procurement, and Product Assurance.
• Provide QA engineering support to resolve production issues for timely, cost-efficient shipment of quality products.
• Maintain and improve quality control procedures to ensure conformance to standards and proper documentation.
• Investigate root causes of non-conformances; develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Plan and monitor product qualification testing per stakeholder specifications.
• Assist in inbound/outbound inspections and disposition decisions.
• Support Source Inspections and participate in audits at vendor/customer sites.
• Travel up to 10%.
