Job summary

CMI Group in Phoenix, AZ seeks a qualified Quality Engineer to join its defense and aerospace manufacturing team. You will participate in internal audits, support NCR disposition, RCCA, 8D, and corrective actions, and help ensure process quality throughout planning and production.

The role requires hands-on inspection knowledge, teamwork, and at least five years in aerospace. A technical degree is preferred, and US Person status per ITAR is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with FAIRS, inspection, PPAP, and APQP required.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork in fast-paced aerospace environment.
• Minimum 5 years aerospace experience; US Person per ITAR.
