Job summary

Liburdi Group of Companies in Mooresville, NC seeks a QA Documentation Assistant to support the QA Manager and Inspection Team. You will handle documentation, tracking, retention of inspections, nonconforming products, and calibrations, plus assist with travel and outgoing product documentation.

The role involves creating MDNs, maintaining travelers, and preparing Certificates of Conformance with proper signatures for shipping. A High School diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Experience or ability to work in ISO 9001-AS9100 quality environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA Manager and QA Inspection Team with documentation, tracking and retention of inspections, nonconforming products and calibrations.
• Create and maintain documentation for outgoing products.
• Create MDNs and track through completion; file and log completed MDNs.
• Review travelers for proper signatures and report discrepancies; ensure MDN closures prior to shipping.
• Create Certificates of Conformance and labels/tags for nonconforming materials and shipments.
• Review Certificates and conformity of Incoming Materials; assist with calibrations documentation.
