Amrize is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive quality evaluation and control systems across the organization. You will drive root cause analysis, ensure reliability standards, and uphold documentation requirements to sustain top product quality.

The role demands a strategic thinker who can lead a team, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver best-in-class quality across Elevate

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Mgmt, or related discipline from an accredited university or college.
• At least 8 y+ years of relevant quality, continuous improvement, manufacturing experience including at least 5 years management or direct/indirect leadership experience.
• 3+ years of QMS / ISO9001 or similar experience required.
• CMQ/QE, CQE, CQA are all preferred.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Strategic Oversight of QA operations to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
• Develop and implement Quality Management System for products and services.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with auditors.
• Lead Quality Control, Claims, and Supplier Quality activities, with audits.
• Drive continuous improvement using CAPA, SPC, RCA, FMEA; lead Six Sigma/Lean.
• Mentor QA team and build cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage QA budget and monitor expenditures; implement cost controls.
• Gather customer feedback on quality and drive improvements.
• Promote health, safety, and environmental policy adherence.
