L&M Radiator, Inc. is seeking a QA Coordinator to join the Quality Assurance team at the TTC location in Duquesne, PA.
You will ensure products meet internal quality standards, customer specs, and industry regulations, coordinating with all departments to maintain quality across production. You will lead audits, drive corrective actions, support PPAP/FAI, and mentor shop-floor staff on quality practices and safety.
Who will you be working with?
L&M Radiator, Inc. is a global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of MESABI cooling and heat transfer solutions that are custom-made for heavy equipment in the mining, oil, gas, construction and heavy industrial industries. We are looking for an individual to work on our Quality Assurance team at the TTC location in Duquesne, PA. The QA Coordinator will be instrumental in turning quality goals into tangible results, positioning the company as a trusted leader in the industry, and reinforcing our commitment to delivering the highest quality products and services to our customers. As the QA Coordinator, you will work with all departments to ensure quality deliverance and training standards.

This position supports the manufacturing organization by ensuring that products are produced in compliance with internal quality standards, customer specifications, and industry regulations. This role coordinates quality system activities, leads audits, resolves quality issues, and drives continuous improvement across production processes. The position serves as a key resource on the shop floor, supporting operators, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to maintain consistent product quality and improve operational performance. This position directly reports to the Quality Assurance Manager at the Hibbing, MN facility.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary rate for this role is currently $68900-98200. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
