Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, legal processes, and financial institutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Assurance Manager in executing operational plans.
• Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics for department effectiveness.
• Perform reviews of system data points, input information, maintenance changes, and transactions for QA compliance.
• Track issues from QA reviews and follow up until resolutions are achieved.
• Identify trends to support continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Receive, review, and process legal documents (summons, subpoenas, levies, garnishments) and ensure timely responses.
• Act as the point of contact for attorneys and external agencies to clarify legal requests.
