impact.com is seeking a QA Chapter Lead to define and oversee quality assurance strategies for our event processing group. You will bridge technical QA execution with leadership, guiding engineers while partnering with development, product, and DevOps to embed quality across the software lifecycle.

You will own test plans, strategy, automation initiatives, and metrics, while mentoring QA engineers (manual and automated) and ensuring rigorous risk-based testing and release readiness across

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA or SDET with automation and platform development.
• Leadership experience, leading QA teams for 1+ year.
• Expertise in Selenium, Playwright, TestRail, CI/CD, API testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Proactive mindset to improve quality and developer experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain QA standards and best practices.
• Plan QA resources and testing schedules.
• Lead QA engineers (manual and automation) and review work.
• Own test plans, cases, data strategy and defect lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps; drive automation.
