Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in quality assurance test engineering and release quality validation.
• 8+ years designing scalable test automation frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional quality initiatives.
• Experience analyzing quality metrics and test coverage.
• Experience with feature flagging and production monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive QA strategy and testing roadmap for large-scale product areas.
• Architect scalable test automation frameworks for web and mobile.
• Identify quality gaps and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Embed quality practices early in the development lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
• Establish quality metrics and release health indicators for go/no-go decisions.
• Lead AI-integrated testing workflows and AI-assisted coverage analysis.
• Coach engineers on test design and automation best practices.
• Mitigate high-impact quality risks across product teams.
• Contribute to organizational quality standards and processes.
• Manage staged rollout validation with feature flags and A/B testing.
