Job summary

West Recovery Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a QA Biller to support the Quality Assurance team by coordinating billing processes at the center level. Qualifications

• Experience with billing processes in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collects documentation from center staff and inputs billing into the EHR system.
• Reviews service notes and related paperwork for completeness and compliance before approval.
• Assists with correcting and editing documentation in collaboration with center staff.
• Helps coordinate the flow and organization of paperwork at the assigned center.
• Completes monthly billing summaries (“monthlies”) for the center they are stationed at.
• Supports other Quality Assurance initiatives and projects as assigned.
• Provides assistance to staff with documentation-related questions.
• Maintains accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office and EHR tools.
• May assist with general clerical duties or covering phones when needed.
