West Recovery Center seeks a QA Biller in Phoenix to support the Quality Assurance team with billing and documentation workflows. You will input billing into the EHR, verify notes, and help maintain compliant center records.

The role emphasizes accurate, timely billing and organized paperwork, coordinating with center staff and using Microsoft Office tools to produce reliable monthlies and reports. This is a full-time position at the Phoenix center, essential to ensure services are billed

Qualificações

• Experience with medical billing and EHR systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate documentation across center staff.

Responsabilidades

• Collects documentation from center staff and inputs billing into the EHR system.
• Reviews service notes and related paperwork for completeness and compliance before approval.
• Assists with correcting and editing documentation in collaboration with center staff.
• Helps coordinate the flow and organization of paperwork at the assigned center.
• Completes monthly billing summaries (“monthlies”) for the center they are stationed at.
• Supports other Quality Assurance initiatives and projects as assigned.
• Provides assistance to staff with documentation-related questions.
• Maintains accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office and EHR tools.
