Job summary

RMantra Solutions is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to execute automated test suites across multiple environments in an onsite Arlington, VA role. You will design testing strategies for web apps, develop scripts in Selenium/Java, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in software testing, strong Agile/Scrum experience, and an active DOD TS/SCI clearance (CI Poly possible).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, 4+ years of software testing/QA experience required.
• Experience with Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber in test automation frameworks.
• Strong networking and OS knowledge; capable in a high op-temp, top secret environment.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and end-to-end testing of complex systems.
• Active DOD TS/SCI clearance (CI Poly possible in future) and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans across multiple environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing needs and improvements.
• Design and implement testing strategies for web applications.
• Develop and maintain functional, integration, security, and load/stress tests.
• Identify, analyze, and report defects; work with dev teams to resolve.
• Document automated testing approaches for new apps and capabilities.
• Develop/maintain automation scripts in Selenium (Web/Desktop/Mobile/API/DB).
• Create scenarios using Java, Selenium, and Selenium WebDriver.
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket or GitLab.
• Enhance automation frameworks and optimize pipeline efficiency.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Drive test automation best practices across the organization.
