Job summary

RMantra Solutions is seeking an experienced full-stack engineer for an onsite Arlington, VA role. You will design, develop, test, and maintain front-end and back-end systems, APIs, and databases, in an Agile setting.

You will implement responsive UI, build scalable services, modernize databases, and contribute to CI/CD and DevSecOps practices, including cloud adoption and security hardening. This role requires TS/SCI eligibility with CI Poly and a BA/BS in IT with 8+ years in IT.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Information Technology or related field.
8+ years of IT experience with full-stack development.
Security clearance: TS and SCI eligible with CI poly.
Experience across front-end, back-end, and database layers.
Hands-on with CI/CD, automated testing, and DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications (UI, API, data access).
Implement responsive front-end features and collaborate with UX/design.
Build and maintain back-end services and APIs with data access patterns.
Develop and evolve a modernized database architecture, incl. cloud adoption.
Create optimized queries; ensure data integrity and performance.
Write automated tests and participate in code reviews.
Troubleshoot defects; support production and lower environments.
Produce API docs and runbooks; align with program needs.
Improve reliability via monitoring, incident response, and CI/CD tooling.
