NeoGenomics Laboratories, Inc. in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager, Lab Platforms, to lead an automation-focused QA team in a hybrid onsite role.

You will direct test architecture across UI, API, and data layers, and drive modernization of the testing strategy in a regulated clinical environment. You will manage both onsite and offshore engineers, ensure release readiness, and implement robust quality gates within CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years in software QA or quality engineering with 4+ years building automated test frameworks and leading teams.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Experience with JavaScript, SQL, and REST API testing required.

Responsibilities

• Own Lab Platforms automated test architecture across UI, API, database and interfaces.
• Convert manual regression into automated suite with targets for coverage and timing.
• Embed automated gates in CI/CD to block releases on failures.
• Govern test assets as production code with HIPAA-compliant data strategy.
• Automate validation evidence and traceability for regulated systems.
• Automate testing across HL7/ASTM/FHIR interfaces and downstream feeds.
• Manage onsite and offshore QA automation team and upskill staff.
• Publish quality metrics and govern defect lifecycle.
