Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. in Columbus, OH seeks a QA Lead to plan, govern, and report end-to-end testing for enterprise applications and integrations. You will supervise testers, ensure traceability, and review automation code as needed.

You will design test strategies, coordinate with business and development teams, and manage test artifacts in Azure DevOps to drive release readiness. Onsite role with strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years QA/testing experience in enterprise software environments
• 2+ years in QA Lead or senior QA with formal leadership responsibility
• Automation experience with Playwright or Selenium; Playwright + TypeScript preferred
• Strong BRD/FR analysis, RTM design, requirements traceability, and coverage-management
• Strong API testing and SQL/database validation experience
• Experience supervising testers, reviewing test artifacts, leading defect triage, and reporting to management
• Experience with Git, code review, and CI/CD
• Playwright + TypeScript framework design and migration from Selenium
• Experience creating reusable fixtures, API clients, test-data factories, and custom reporting
• Performance-testing exposure and coordination of performance or security testing
• Data pipeline / ETL validation experience

Responsibilities

• Lead or coordinate end-to-end testing for enterprise applications and integrations
• Develop test strategy, estimates, schedules, and execution plans
• Create and maintain Azure DevOps Test Plans, Suites, Test Cases, and defect links
• Design and execute tests including API, integration, regression, and data pipeline tests
• Lead defect triage, communicate release readiness, and manage risk
