Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Management, Computer Science, Math or related field.
• 7+ years in professional work with 5+ years in QA automation and 3+ years leading teams.
• Strong automation experience and ability to design scalable testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with QA terminology, defects, version control, and metrics.
• Solid SQL skills and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
• Define QA strategy, standards, and best practices.
• Review test plans, automation scripts, and defect reports.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams.
• Drive shift-left testing and continuous quality practices.
• Improve CI/CD quality gates and release confidence.
• Track QA metrics and report release readiness.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
