Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Quality Assurance and Test Automation Lead to drive QA strategy for a large-scale GrantSolutions modernization effort. You will establish an automation framework, guide test coverage across APIs, data, and UI, and ensure reliable releases by collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, data teams, and security groups.

You will mentor QA resources, define standards, and deliver clear quality metrics to stakeholders while integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; six to eight years in QA, testing, test automation, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience designing, executing manual test cases and building automated frameworks.
• Experience leading QA activities and coordinating cross‑team test execution.

Responsibilities

• Define testing standards and automation framework for large-scale platform modernization.
• Lead QA activities across application, API, data integration, and security testing.
• Mentor QA staff and coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and developers.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and drive release readiness metrics.
