Detailed Job Description:

As a QA Automation Lead at Amaze Systems, you will take full technical and operational ownership of test automation frameworks, regression test coverage, and quality assurance governance across enterprise software solutions. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts, leading Agile/Scrum testing ceremonies, mentoring a team of QA automation engineers, and conducting code reviews for automation scripts. You will partner closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to identify software defects, execute comprehensive regression, functional, and API integration testing, and continuously improve test efficiency. Furthermore, you will monitor test execution results, prepare executive status reports, and champion industry‑leading QA best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end QA automation testing activities, test planning, and strategy execution across enterprise software portfolios.


• Design, develop, scale, and maintain robust automated test scripts, frameworks, and reusable test libraries.


• Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios covering functional, regression, and integration requirements.


• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of QA automation engineers.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience operating as a QA / Test Automation Lead.


• Strong, demonstrable professional background in QA Automation, software testing principles, and test framework architecture.


• Hands‑on experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks and tools.


• Strong technical proficiency in Selenium, Playwright, or similar enterprise‑grade automation tools.


• Proficiency in programming languages including Java, JavaScript, or C#.


• Proven experience with API testing, database verification, and SQL query execution.


• Practical experience configuring and integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.


• Mandatory eligibility to work in Issaquah, WA, or locally within the PST time zone.
