Job summary

Rectangle Health is seeking a QA Engineer to join our engineering team in the healthcare technology space. You will build and maintain automated UI and API tests to ensure reliability for thousands of providers.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of QA automation experience, is proficient with Playwright (JS/TypeScript) and API automation, and collaborates across Agile teams with Git and CI/CD. You will own test coverage, contribute to QA process improvements, and help scale our automated testing

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of QA automation experience.
• Hands-on with UI automation (Playwright preferred) and API automation.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and source control (Git) with CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated UI and API tests across multiple coverage areas.
• Contribute to test planning and QA process improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure coverage.
• Clarify requirements when details are incomplete.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Own documentation for test coverage and automation workflows.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and advocate for quality.
