Job summary

Timebox Pro in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Quality Engineer to build robust automated testing frameworks using Playwright in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will design, implement, and maintain end-to-end tests across web apps, collaborating with developers and product teams to define strategies and acceptance criteria.

You will also integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, analyze results, and communicate quality metrics to stakeholders while improving test coverage and QA practices

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Playwright for automated end-to-end testing.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python for test script development.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
• Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across web applications
• Identify, document, and track defects through the full bug lifecycle
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
• Analyze test results, generate reports, and communicate quality metrics to stakeholders
• Continuously improve test coverage, frameworks, and QA best practices
