Job summary

Netguru is seeking a skilled QA automation engineer for a 100% remote, full-time role. You will write and maintain test code, automate tests with WebdriverIO, Mocha, and Chai, and integrate CI/CD with Drone CI. Experience with TestRail, Salesforce testing, and React-based applications is preferred.

Work with an experienced team on FinTech, B2B software, and e-commerce projects. CET hours and long-term collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and the ability to write and maintain test code from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with WebdriverIO for test automation.
• Solid experience with Mocha and Chai.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Drone CI, including executing automated tests across QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Experience with TestRail or similar test management tools for tracking test cases and results.
• Strong developer mindset — comfortable making incremental changes to test code, improving existing automation, and working without relying on manual testing.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the automation test suite.
• Experience testing Salesforce applications and related architectural changes.
• Experience testing standalone React-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications.
• Execute automated tests across QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Improve and expand the automation test suite with new scenarios.
• Collaborate with developers to fix defects and optimize test coverage.
• Utilize TestRail for tracking test cases and results and report status.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable test execution.
• Test Salesforce applications and React-based applications as needed.
