Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in QA, audit, or operational controls.
• Experience in solar industry and understanding of TPO products preferred.
• Ability to build and operate process-driven programs with clear controls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct post-approval QA audits of milestone reviews for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify adherence to milestone review checklists and governance requirements.
• Assess metadata integrity and documentation completeness.
• Identify defects by severity and monitor defect trends for improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations and Vendor Performance to implement corrective actions.
• Support risk management, compliance, audit, and investor reviews with quality findings.
• Develop regular reporting on quality performance, control effectiveness, and risks.
• Recommend process improvements based on audit results and root-causes.
