PCI Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to join the Inserting department in Irving, TX. The role focuses on auditing, inspecting, and documenting internal processes to ensure printed and inserted materials meet quality standards, with zero variations or defects.

You will review job tickets, respond to machine lights, stop production when issues arise, and assist with corrective actions and audits. Strong English communication and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Background in quality control or quality assurance.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Strong computer skills and ability to interpret job tickets.

Responsabilités

• Perform audits and visual inspections to ensure materials meet quality specs.
• Review job tickets and verify materials, taglines, and sequence numbers.
• Respond to machine quality lights for live checks and approve first pieces.
• Stop production and document quality defects such as blurry print or missing inserts.
• Tag non-conforming products and notify personnel for segregation and review.
• Complete and follow up on Corrective Action Reports (CARS).
• Verify and record hand-stuff and damage values on QA sheets.
• Track and report diverted packages on Reconciliation Reports.
• Report quality issues or gaps to QA Manager.
• Perform additional duties as directed by QA Manager.
