Job summary

VOALA seeks a Quality Assurance Reviewer I to perform QA review and audit of program documentation and databases, ensuring funder requirements and internal policies are met. Under supervision, you will support audits, maintain audit-ready files, and help programs implement corrective actions as needed.

You will work with the QA Coordinator and Program teams, focusing on accuracy, compliance, and ready-to-audit status throughout the fiscal year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in social science or related field (or equivalent combination of education and related work experience).
• 1 year of experience in quality assurance or data-driven environment.
• Experience with audits or data governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA procedures to ensure VOALA Program files meet funder requirements.
• Conduct QA audits for assigned VOALA programs each fiscal year.
• Help ensure programs are audit ready for external audits.
• Review program contracts and grants to understand requirements.
